Name: Revelation
Gender: Female
Age: 6 years
Breed: Arabian
Height: 16.1 hh
Color: Dark chestnut brown with a stripe of white on her chest and one white sock on her left hind leg.
Alliance: Neutral
Deity: Athena
Appearance: Slender throughout her body, she does had muscle mass, but it isn't like you would find on the males of her breed. Revelation is built more for speed. Long legged, her tail and mane are a dark, dark brown while her body is a deep chestnut brown color. A white sock is on her left hind leg and there is a stripe of white on her chest. The edges of the white mark on her chest are slightly jagged and the sock extends not too much above her hoof. Revelation's hooves are black, and on the other three legs, the socks are also the dark chestnut of her mane and tail.
Personality: Revelation's personality is quite complicated for the mare is more the silent time. More prone to watch and observe than to speak, she gains most of her knowledge through watching the actions of others. When she does speak, she generally speaks on her observations and tends to be somewhat correct, if not totally so. Although she is prone to her own angry outbursts, those are typically rare and only occur when she is being provoked by another.
There isn't much that would set Revelation off and she is very prideful, so if one is to insult her or her breed, she will lash out. Normally its giving the other a lovely tongue lashing or she will just walk away and never speak with the other again. In denying them her company, she assures that they receive the punishment she thinks is fitting for the crime. There are times where one can win her back, but those are rare. So rare, in fact, that not one mare or stallion that has given her a bad tonguing before has ever been able to get back on her good side.
Yes, Revelation holds grudges, quite a few she still grinds her teeth over because of the way she had been treated. For all her tendencies to be slightly sensitive, most of the comments you fling at her will roll off her shoulders, if you will, and she'll just kindly ignore what you have just said to her in thoughts that since you can't get a rise from her that you'll stop your insidious comments.
History: Born in a wilderness not too far from where the great divide had been (between the lights and the darks) she has been raised with the pride of Arabians. Once caught by humans, she escaped when she found a space between the wrought iron fencing and her mother pushed her on through. Sacrificing her own freedom for that of her daughter, who raced back to her herd to continue on through life until she was able to leave.
The thought of her mother among human hands still haunts her to this day and she is unforgiving to any human that she would ever chance upon. Being known as the chestnut terror among humans, she has been known to chase them down. But nary a one has intended on coming upon her after their first encounter with the she-devil. Living in peace from the time she left her home herd until now, she has stumbled upon this land and she intends to find out more about it. While meeting a few of its inhabitants.
Sample Roleplay:
Sharp sounds indicated the hooves of a cloven animal striding along the lands that had been found, apparently, by said animal. Head held high, one would see that she had the confidence that shouldn't be held by a mare. However, that was to be seen. The sun overhead had been shadowed by the clouds that hung low and rather ominously as she made her way through this new terrain. What would she find here? Frowning slightly, her dark chestnut hide rippled as she flicked her tail at a fly that had landed on her rump.
Pesky things.
Light almond eyes surveyed where she had landed upon, this was another new place to explore and the mare was eager to see if she would find a place to just enjoy herself. Snorting, Revelations left back foreleg stamped the ground as she paused in her trek. The dark chestnut mare had a white marking that slid down her chest, and a sock of white that was over her black hooves. Quite a normal looking mare, but one with pride and something of a superior gate as she started to move once again.
Being in many situations, Revelation had explored many a place and had wanted to find a place to just relax and have a time where she could say for certain that this was the place to stay. Whether or not this would be it was to be seen. Where she had come from was a place wherein she had been a part of a herd before but had been chased out when a new lead mare had taken the reigns of the group. Having a personal dislike of Revelation, she had challenged her out of the herd and Revelation had no choice but to leave with the whole of the herd behind her. Was she fool enough to fight twenty odd horses? No, she just left with a flick of her tail and her head held high; maintaining her dignity was key in her life.
A smirk came across her lips as she made her way over another ridge, this was where she would find out if she was to stay or not. Yet again.
Another adventure, goody. I could enjoy this, finding another place to leave my mark. First things first, find some good grazing lands, I'm starving!
And that was where she turned her body towards first, where she could find someplace to eat some good grass. Or whatever she could find that would suit her preferences.
